Retro-aerobics is an old school aerobics style class. Offering both low and high impact options to suit all this is a proper fitness dance party.
The theme changes every 6-8 weeks so no boring choreography here.
Expect to dance, sweat, get fit and have fun.
LIIT cardio stands for low intensity interval training. This is a great way to start your day, using interval training and bootcamp formats but with joint friendly exercises.
This class will help you to increase your fitness, burn calories, tone everything and also help you to join a community of supportive like-minded warriors.
Pilates is a great workout for all, it's designed to help mobilise and stabilise the whole body using mat based non-impactive exercises.
This is a beginners class but will have plenty of options to suit all abilities.
If you want to decrease pain, increase function and strengthen your core then this is for you.
The newer, cooler friend of legs, bums and tums! If you're wanting a class to tone and sculpt your whole body or wanting to leave a class not only feeling the burn, but also feeling your best, then this is the class for you. Using bodyweight and bands this class is great for all abilities and people.
Working on the same basic principles of MAT Pilates, this class is Pilates for people that struggle with conditions such as fibro, arthritis, MS or anything else that needs a little more consideration. With less changing position and also the use of chairs if needed, this class is great for people that need a specialist but still want to do traditional Pilates.
All classes are priced as above.
If you are looking to book classes on a pay as you go (PAYG) basis these will cost £8 per class.
If you book a single class pass these will be in either 4 or 6 week blocks.
2 class passes only cover either 2 classes back to back on a Tuesday evening or 2 classes back to back on a Wednesday morning, these work out at just £5 per class per week for a 4 or 6 week block.
LIIT cardio can currently only be booked either as a single class pass or PAYG.
We have a limit of 12 people per class so if all the spaces have been sold out to class passes please keep an eye on the calendar for any cancellation spaces that may come up for PAYG bookings.
All class passes will become available to book 1 week before the start of a 4 or 6 week block, after this they will not be available until 1 week before the next block starts.
All block bookings must be paid for in advance of the week they start or your place will be cancelled, block bookings are paid for by bank transfer and not online. You will receive a text message upon booking with details of how to do this.
PAYG spaces will be available to book from the Monday of the week each block starts (this will run up to the end of the block of 4 or 6 weeks). These will cost £8 per class and must be paid for online at the time of booking to reserve your space, we regret that refunds will not be available after purchase for non attendance.
